Alison Doody

Alison Doody was born in Dublin in Ireland on November 11, in 1966. Model as well as an Irish actress. Her debut in a feature film was a tiny role on The James Bond film A View to a Kill. (1985). The actress acted alongside Pierce Brosnan in the film Taffin (1988) before taking perhaps her most well-known role in her career as Austrian Nazi-sympathiser as well as archaeologist Dr. Elsa Schneider in 1989's Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade playing opposite Harrison Ford. Doody has been in three films with James Bond actors. Doody was co-starring with Jonathan Pryce, in the British miniseries Selling Hitler. The series was an inspiration for the Hitler Diaries publishing scam. Later, she relocated to Hollywood. The role she played was Flannery on the screen in Major League II, opposite Charlie Sheen. She starred along alongside Patrick Swayze, in the 2004 TV film version to King Solomon's Mines. in 2010 Doody played a role in Danny Dyer's film The Rapture (2010). The following year, she had been scheduled to take on the role of lead on The Asphyx remake, but this project did not go ahead. In 2011 she began the first season of two in the E4 comedy show Beaver Falls playing Pam Jefferson. In 2014, she appeared on We Still Kill the Old Way (2014). She received the Almeria tierra de cinema award on the 21st of November, 2018.
